Jashn-e-Rekhta is an immersive experience that combines a finely curated programme of artistic facets of Urdu culture & heritage. It celebrates, for the first time in the UK, the composite culture of South Asia through this unique language.

The two-day cultural event is a virtual re-creation of the Jashn-e-Rekhta festival. It brings together an unparalleled digital archive of art forms including Poetry (Mushaira), Literature, Storytelling (Dastangoi), Ghazals, Sufi music, Qawwali, Dance & Drama.

The virtual platform offers a lobby and help desk, multiple auditoriums, a rekhta bazaar, a resource centre with digital literature, live chat, Q&A, polls and much more.
